MYWORKSCHEDULE.NET version 3.4 is now online! We have added the following new features:

You can now via the REPORTING MODULE export any information to Microsoft Excel such as sick days, holidays, hours worked, employee information, etc.

Holiday year can now be manual twiked from any period instead of using the calendar year.

You can now add holidays to an employee.

We have created a new view on the schedule. For those with many employees and divisions this should be a nice feature.

We have added a CORPORATE ACCOUNT - A module for chains or for business with more than one location.

 
TELECOMS 3 SIGNS DEAL WITH MYWORKSCHEDULE.NET

Danish telecoms operator 3 has just signed a deal with Mojo Software the company behind MYWORKSCHEDULE.NET to provide their scheduling software for 39 of their 3Stores nationwide in Denmark. Danish telecoms 3 has the largest 3G network in Denmark and stood for 96.4% of all Danish wirelss data communication in 2007.

Danish telecoms operator 3 is owned 60% by Hutchison Whampoa, Hong Kong and 40% owned by Swedish Investor AB.

Globally the brand name 3 is operated in Australia, Denmark, England, Hong Kong, Italy, Ireland, Sweden and Austria. Together they serve 14 million customers (2007).

 
Myworkschedule.net version 3.3 is now online

We have just released our latest version 3.3 with many updated features;

1. First and foremost the ability to take a snapshot of any given week, then use this as a template when created a new schedule.
2.The software engine has been updated to make it faster.
3. The ability to add a note for a shift shift.
4. Close shifts. You can set any given shift to show open time but not end time. For example if a shift starts at six o'clock it will be shown as: 06.00PM-CLOSE for the employee.

BAHNE SORENSEN A/S SIGNS DEAL WITH US

BAHNE SORENSEN A/S, which currently operates 15 stores nationwide under the brand name BAHNE in Denmark today signed a deal to use MYWORKSCHEDULE.NET in all their stores.

Welcome to our new and improved MYWORKSCHEDULE.NET - we have worked very hard with this new update. And have included several new features which will help you schedule more easily.

NEW SCHEDULE LENGTH
It is now possible to adjust the schedule so as instead of doing a month to month schedule you can schedule anything from 1 week and up to 52 weeks.

HOURLY SHIFTS
Doint hourly shifts in different division is handy for example for fitness chains where often an instructor works for one hour in one division and then works in another doing the same day.

HOLIDAY AND TRAINING
Much improved and detailed view of whom has approved of which holidays and when. How much holiday has been taking and the ability to send employees on training leave.

ROTATION PLAN
For those employees which can only work every third day or perhaps only work 4 days and then 3 days off. Easy to manage and easy to adjust to any wishfull rotation plan.

MAX NUMBER OF HOURS
You can not specify a limit to how much an employee can work during a week.

BANK HOLIDAY AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
You can now add any public holiday or simply just add a day where you are closed, mayby for remodellling or other.

EMPLOYEE PICTURES
Get you Kodak moment here! Now you can upload pictures of your employees to the site. Handy for new employees.
